由集约化公共交通与慢行交通组成的绿色交通,是城市交通未来发展的重要方向。针对各种交通方式混行的信号控制交叉口,结合绿色交通优先发展的思想,以机动车乘客人均延误与慢行交通人均延误的加权值最小为目标,以周期、绿信比的阈值为约束条件,建立了基于绿色交通优先通行的配时优化模型,并采用仿真模拟方法求解。同时,为了保证绿色交通的安全性,采用交通流冲突分析方法,提出了慢行交通一体化控制方式下的绿灯间隔确定方法。最后以长沙市人民西路—蔡锷南路交叉口为例,采用Vissim仿真软件,进行配时优化实例分析。计算结果表明,该模型在不增加机动车车均延误的情况下,可以显著地降低交叉口人均延误。
The green traffic formed by intensive public transport and slow traffic is an important direction for the future development of urban transport. Aiming at the signal control intersections mixed with all kinds of traffic modes and combining with the idea of prioritized development of green traffic, aiming at the minimum weighted value of per capita delay and slow traffic per capita of motor vehicle passengers, the thresholds of cycle and green ratio are taken as constraints Condition, a time distribution optimization model based on green traffic priority is established and solved by simulation method. In the meantime, in order to ensure the safety of green transportation, a traffic light conflict analysis method is proposed and a green light interval determination method is proposed under the control of slow traffic integrated control. Finally, taking the intersection of Renmin Road West and Cai’e Nan Road in Changsha City as an example, Vissim simulation software is used to analyze the time distribution optimization. The calculation results show that this model can significantly reduce the per capita delay at intersections without increasing the delay of motor vehicles.
