文章以问卷调查为依据,分析了浙江省部分高职院校的专职辅导员队伍建设现状,指出高职院校对专职辅导员队伍建设的重要性认识不足、专职辅导员队伍建设的长效机制不完善、专职辅导员队伍整体素质不高等是制约辅导员队伍长效性发展的主要原因。提出了高职院校加强专职辅导员队伍建设的对策:合理配置队伍结构、打通职称评审瓶颈、理顺管理体制、完善培训培养机制、建立和完善考核奖惩体系。
Based on the questionnaire survey, the article analyzes the status quo of full-time counselors in some vocational colleges in Zhejiang province, points out the lack of understanding of the importance of the construction of full-time counselors and the long-term mechanism of the construction of full-time counselors. Imperfect, the overall quality of full-time counselors is not high constraints the long-term development of counselors team the main reason. The countermeasures of strengthening the construction of full-time counselors in higher vocational colleges are put forward: rational allocation of team structure, opening up the bottleneck of title appraisals, rationalizing the management system, perfecting the training and training mechanism, and establishing and perfecting the system of rewards and punishments.
