职业教育的目的在于要使学生在掌握必需的文化知识和专业知识的同时还应具有熟练的动手操作能力和适应岗位要求的能力,使职校学生毕业之后能直接从事生产、服务、技术和管理的第一线工作,如何在中等职业学校财会专业科学有效地组织实践教学,已成为当前学校必须解决的一个问题,笔者认为中等职业学校的财会专业实践教学应从课堂教学着手,通过阶段模拟实验和综合模拟实验进行强化训练,培养学生的职业技能和职业素养。而这一切的实施有赖于建立一支“双师型”队伍作为保证。
