中等职业学校学生在学习上有很大困难,主要是:基础太薄弱、缺乏学习兴趣、目标不明确,没有进取心、没有良好的学习习惯和学习方法、学习的自制力差等,但智力素质并不差。他们的思维敏捷,动手能力较强,对新事物、新观念容易接受,适应性强。针对这些教师在授课时运用有吸引力的“导语”就能让学生产生共鸣,像磁铁一样把学生的注意力牢牢地吸引住,在极短的时间内安定学生的情绪,吸引学生的注意力。让学生带着目的听课,有的放矢;让学生带着兴趣学习,提高效率。导语的设计是一门艺术,它要求教师精心设计使学生对教学内容理解得更深刻,而且经过很长的时间都不会忘记。
