为推进商品房(含经济适用房,以下简称商品房)测绘市场化,提高测绘工作效率,现对推进商品房测绘市场化有关试行规定通知如下: 一、市国土房管局建立商品房测绘市场。市国土房管局委托北京市房地产勘察测绘所设立测绘服务大厅,并将具有商品房测绘资质并经市国土房管局备案的测绘单位名单(见附件)在测绘服务大厅公示。公示的测绘单位,均可接受委托承担商品房的预测和实测。
