目的 研究高温对睾丸生精细胞凋亡的影响。方法 选用昆明系雄性小鼠 2 0只 ,随机分为高温组和对照组 ,采用核固红 -结晶紫染色法 ,观察睾丸生精细胞凋亡数目的变化。结果 高温组睾丸生精细胞凋亡的数目 (2 8.2± 3.0 3No ./10个曲细精管切面 )较对照组的凋亡细胞数目 (6 .38± 1.4 1No ./10个曲细精管切面 )明显增多 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 高温可触发生精细胞的细胞凋亡数目增加 ,造成生精能力丧失。
Objective To study the effect of high temperature on the apoptosis of spermatogenic cells in testis. Methods Twenty male Kunming mice were randomly divided into high temperature group and control group. The changes of spermatogenic cell apoptosis were observed by nuclear red-crystal violet staining. Results The number of apoptotic spermatogenic cells (2 8.2 ± 3.0 3No ./10 microtubules) in the high temperature group was significantly higher than that in the control group (6 .38 ± 1.4 1No. / 10 seminiferous tubules Section) was significantly increased (P <0. 01). Conclusion The number of apoptosis induced by hyperthermia in spermatogenic cells increases, resulting in the loss of spermatogenic capacity.
