自林氏1964年报告血红旦白H病(Hb H病)以来,国内报告逐渐增多,其中以广西、广东、四川三省多见,而云南籍Hb H病患者尚无报告。我们发现云南籍一个家庭中姐弟三人均患有Hb H病,现报告如下: 先证者陈××,男,10岁半,因头昏、活动后心悸,气促三年,疑为“先天性心脏病”,验血时发现贫血,转我院诊治。 Since Lin’s report of Hb H disease in 1964, there has been a steady increase in domestic reports, of which three are more common in Guangxi, Guangdong and Sichuan Provinces, while no Hb H disease in Yunnan is reported. We found that a sibling in Yunnan Province, a family of three siblings suffering from Hb H disease, are as follows: Proof of Chen × ×, male, 10 years and a half, due to dizziness, palpitations after activity, shortness of breath for three years, suspected “ Congenital heart disease ”, blood test found anemia, go to our hospital for diagnosis and treatment.
