实验动物为家兔和大白鼠。家兔感染日本血吸虫后,肝脏谷-丙、谷-草转氨酶、核酸(DNA和RNA)含量及可溶性巯基化合物均显著降低。但大白鼠的这些指标下降程度远比家兔为低。这就表示,家兔的实验性血吸虫病蛋白质代谢紊乱的程度远比大白鼠为严重。
Experimental animals were rabbits and rats. After rabbits were infected with Schistosoma japonicum, the contents of hepatic glutamic-propanol-glutamic-transaminase, nucleic acid (DNA and RNA) and soluble sulfhydryl compounds were significantly reduced. However, these indicators of rat decline are far lower than rabbits. This means that the degree of protein metabolic disorders in experimental schistosomiasis in rabbits is far more severe than in rats.
