目的观察不同分子量的D-聚甘酯(DPS)对大鼠抗FXa/抗FIIa活性比值的影响。方法将30只大鼠随机分为5组,分别给予生理盐水、低分子肝素(360 U·kg-1)及3种不同分子量的DPS(9 mg·kg-1)。给药后1 h,分别测定血浆的APTT、PT、FIB、ATIII及抗FXa、抗FIIa活性。结果高剂量DPS组的抗FIIa活性高于低分子肝素及中、低剂量DPS组,抗FXa/抗FIIa比值明显低于其余各组。结论不同分子量的D-聚甘酯,抗FXa活性无显著性差异。分子量增加,抗FIIa活性增强,抗凝作用增强;分子量减小,抗FXa/抗FIIa比值增大,抗栓作用增强。
Objective To observe the effects of different molecular weight D-polyglycerides (DPS) on the ratio of anti-FXa / anti-FIIa activity in rats. Methods Thirty rats were randomly divided into five groups and received normal saline, low molecular weight heparin (360 U · kg-1) and three different doses of DPS (9 mg · kg-1) respectively. One hour after administration, APTT, PT, FIB, ATIII, anti-FXa and anti-FIIa activity were measured respectively. Results The anti-FIIa activity of high-dose DPS group was higher than that of low-molecular-weight heparin and low-dose DPS group, and the ratio of anti-FXa / anti-FIIa was significantly lower than the other groups. Conclusion There is no significant difference in anti-FXa activity of D-polyglycerol with different molecular weight. The molecular weight increased, anti-FIIa activity increased, anticoagulant effect increased; molecular weight decreased, anti-FXa / anti-FIIa ratio increased, increased antithrombotic effect.
