在甘肃省张掖市甘州区甘俊镇工联村连作8年的制种玉米基地上,采用盆栽试验和田间试验方法,研究了改土性专用肥配方筛选及对土壤物理性质和玉米经济效益的关系。结果表明,影响制种玉米产量的因素依次为玉米专用肥>牛粪>聚乙烯醇。因素间最佳组合是A2B2C3,即聚乙烯醇30 kg/hm2,玉米专用肥1 800 kg/hm2,牛粪30 000 kg/hm2。改土性专用肥施用量与土壤总孔隙度、团聚体、制种玉米经济性状和产量呈显著的正相关关系,与土壤容重呈显著的负相关关系。改土性专用肥施用量在10.50 t/hm2的基础上,再继续增加施用量,边际利润出现负值。经回归统计分析,改土性专用肥施用量与制种玉米产量间的肥料效应回归方程为y=5.25+0.089 46x-0.001 82x2,改土性专用肥经济最佳施用量为10.50 t/hm2。
A pot experiment and a field experiment were conducted on the maize planting base continuously cultivated for 8 years in Gonglian Village, Ganjun Town, Ganzhou District, Zhangye City, Gansu Province. Through regression statistical analysis, the regression equation of fertilizing effect between the amount of special fertilizers for improving soil fertility and the corn yield of seed production was y = 5.25 + 0.089 46x-0.001 82x2, and the economic best application amount of fertilizing special fertilizer was 10.50 t / hm2.
