传统的管道通风阻力的测定主要采用气压计法和压差法,但是针对工业用的圆筒进行风阻测定目前还是空白。本文在国标矿用风筒漏风率和风阻的测定方法的基础上,采用了气压计逐点测定法,采用流体力学中的伯努利方程计算测段通风阻力。然后进行数据处理和分析。结果表明,该风阻测定方法适用于工业用圆筒内测试,具有良好的精度和准确率。
The traditional method of determining the ventilation resistance of pipelines mainly adopts the barometer method and the pressure difference method, but the wind resistance measurement for the cylinder for industrial use is still blank at present. Based on the method of determining the air leakage rate and the wind resistance of the national standard mine, this paper adopts the point-by-point measurement method of barometer and the Bernoulli equation of fluid mechanics to calculate the draft resistance. Then data processing and analysis. The results show that the wind resistance measurement method is suitable for testing in the industrial cylinder with good accuracy and accuracy.
