本文以《马克思恩格斯全集》历史考证版第2部分第1卷(MEGA~2Ⅱ/1)的《编辑说明》、中文第2版第30卷的《凡例》及日文《<资本论>手稿集》第1卷《凡例》为中心,着重从编辑体例、下划线、旁划线等强调、笔记本及页码编号、资料卷、异文等方面对历史考证版与中文第2版、日文《<资本论>手稿集》版《大纲》的编辑进行初步比较研究,并进而对编译工作及相关研究提出了具体的建议和展望。
