负面新闻信息存在着深刻的价值开发意义,即危机事件作为挫折教训的信源价值而予以恰当开发,就可以通过新闻传播驱动个人、组织或社会的发展,产生正向的效应。这种价值开发必须遵循坦诚合理传播、将危肋转化为驱动、通过挫折激荡人心的基本原则。非典时期负面新闻信息传播的正向效应淋漓尽致地体现在政治凝聚、认识、激励、警戒、平衡、审美等一系列综合效应之上,为当代中国的精神文明建设作出了不可磨灭的贡献。
Negative news information has profound significance in value development. That is, when crisis events are appropriately developed as the source value of the lessons of frustration, they can drive the development of individuals, organizations or society through news media and have a positive effect. This kind of value development must follow the principle of fair and reasonable dissemination, transforming the crisis-driven into a drive, and stirring people’s hearts through frustration. The positive effects of negative news and information dissemination during the SARS period are vividly reflected in a series of comprehensive effects such as political cohesion, awareness, encouragement, vigilance, balance, and aesthetics, making an indelible contribution to the spiritual civilization construction in contemporary China.
