针对学术期刊收取发表费问题引发的争议,从5个方面阐述了收费的合理性与可行性,简单分析了收费的实际收效,指出收费应遵循的原则并提出相关建议。 In view of the controversy caused by the issue of academic journals’ publication fee, the rationality and feasibility of charging are expounded from five aspects. The actual effectiveness of charging is analyzed briefly. The principle that fees should be followed and relevant suggestions are put forward.
