建立锻压机整体结构有限元模型。通过设置上下预紧螺栓与承压垫圈之间、立柱与上下梁之间以及滑块与立柱之间的间隙,在工作压力为60 MN,并且存在偏心的情况下,采用非对称对阵和增广拉格朗日算法仿真研究了锻压机立柱及上下梁的应力变形情况。仿真结果说明预紧效果一直存在,其强度均符合要求,可保证机械的安全运行。
