中国广告业正在以惊人的速度发展,但是在广告繁荣的同时,违法虚假广告数量庞大,影响恶劣。要从根本上减少这类现象的发生,不仅要加强法律的规制、提高监管的力度,还必须要从人才教育入手,提高教育工作者对于法律教育的意识,改变现有的课程设置,建构起符合社会需要的广告人才法律教育培养体系。
The advertising industry in China is developing at an alarming rate. However, while advertisements are booming, the number of illegal and fake advertisements is huge and the impact is harsh. To fundamentally reduce the occurrence of such phenomena, not only to strengthen the legal regulation and improve supervision, we must start from the talent education, educators to raise awareness of legal education, to change the existing curriculum, construction In line with social needs of advertising legal education and training system.
