目的:分析和研究婴幼儿消化道感染轮状病毒对心肌的影响。方法选取消化道感染患儿112例﹐将其按轮状病毒检测阴性与阳性不同分为观察组59例与对照组53例。对照组患儿轮状病毒检测为阴性﹔观察组患儿轮状病毒检测为阳性﹐将两组患儿心肌酶谱检测结果进行对比。结果两组患儿心肌酶谱异常发生率相比较﹕观察组高于对照组﹤0.05。两组患儿心肌酶谱检测指标相比较﹕观察组患儿天冬氨酸转氨酶﹑a-羟丁酸脱氢酶﹑肌酸激酶﹑同功酶﹑乳酸脱氢酶等检测值均高于对照组﹤0.05。结论婴幼儿由轮状病毒感染引发的胃肠炎﹐可导致患儿出现程度不同心肌损害﹐在给予患儿治疗过程中应及时行心肌酶与心电图检测﹐并相应调整治疗方案﹐以促进患儿病情转归﹐降低心肌损害程度。“,”Objective To analyze and study the effect of rotavirus on the myocardium in the digestive tract of infants and young children.Methods 112 patients with digestive tract infection were selected from March 2013 to May 2015,and were divided into observation group and control group with 53 cases and control group with 59 cases.The detection of rotavirus in the control group was negative,and the detection of rotavirus in the observation group was positive,and the detection results were compared with two groups of patients with myocardial enzyme spectrum.Results The abnormal incidence of myocardial enzymes in the two groups was compared with that of the control group,the observation group was higher than that in the control group, <0.05.Two groups of serum myocardial enzyme spectrum detection index:observation group with aspartic acid transaminase,alpha hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase,creatine kinase,isoenzyme,lactate dehydrogenase detection values were higher than the control group ( <0.05). Conclusion Infants with rotavirus infection caused gastroenteritis can lead to varying degrees of myocardial damage in children,to give children with the course of treatment should be timely,myocardial enzymes and ECG detection,and adjust the treatment plan,to promote the patient outcomes,reduce the myocardial injury damage.
