2013年10月,十二届全国人大常委会第五次会议通过了修改后的《消费者权益保护法》(以下简称新《消法》),从加强社会诚信建设、充实细化消费者权益、强化经营者义务与责任、规范网络购物等新的消费方式、进一步发挥消费者协会的作用、进一步明确行政主管部门监管职责等方面进行了修改完善。其中许多条款与邮政的经营活动密切相关,需引起各级邮政企业的高度关注。
