《国务院关于加快供销合作社改革发展的若干意见》(国发[2009]40号)中提出,要把供销合作社建设成为农业社会化服务的骨干力量、农村现代流通的主导力量、农民专业合作的带动力量,真正办成农民的合作经济组织。为寻找传统供销社网络改造的可行之路,解决农村现代化流通体系建设中存在的问题,规划网络改造与农村现代化流通体系的建设前景,课题组历时两年,对山东省典型地区的供销社组织进行深入调查分析和研究,力求找到一条紧密结合农村市场特点和消费需求特性,并能够充分发挥供销系统在农村市场的比较优势的网络改造之路。
In the “Opinions of the State Council on Accelerating the Reform and Development of the Supply and Marketing Cooperatives” (Guo Fa [2009] No.40), it is proposed that the supply and marketing cooperatives be established as the backbone of the socialized services in agriculture, the leading force in the rural modern circulation, and the peasants’ professional cooperation Strength, truly a farmer’s cooperative economic organization.
