美国 PALL WELL TECHNOLOGYPWT 公司的深度过滤技术在化工处理、水力发电、航空工业和生物医学方面早有发展和利用。近年来又发展用于石油工业,改善油田注入水水质,对油层保护有一定意义。该公司的过滤技术可使水中的悬浮物颗粒过滤到0.5μm,并研制出一套配套过滤系统(SABER系统),这一系统可完成所需最小颗粒粒径的过滤需要。众所周知,油田注水所造成的地层损害是来自悬浮物、油、腐蚀、水垢和细菌等,其净化方法主要是依靠机械过滤、分离和化学处理等。本文所介绍的主要是防止悬浮物堵塞油层孔道的过滤技术。因为油层堵塞可引起注入压力的上升,注水量的减少,修井次数的增加,设备使用寿命的缩短,最终会导致油井产量的下降。所以,把好注入水过滤净化这一关是至关重要的。
The United States PALL WELL TECHNOLOGYPWT’s depth filtration technology in the chemical processing, hydroelectric power, aviation industry and biomedicine has long been the development and use. In recent years, it has also been developed for the oil industry to improve the water quality injected into the oilfield, which is of some significance for reservoir protection. The company’s filtration technology allows the filtration of suspended solids in water to 0.5 μm and the development of a complete filtration system (SABER system) that can be used to achieve the required minimum particle size filtration. It is well known that formation damage caused by oilfield water injection is caused by suspended solids, oil, corrosion, scale and bacteria. The purification method mainly depends on mechanical filtration, separation and chemical treatment. This article describes the main filter to prevent the clogging of oil and gas wells pore filtration technology. Because of the blockage of oil reservoirs, the injection pressure, the decrease of water injection, the increase of workover times and the shortened service life of equipment will eventually lead to the decrease of well production. Therefore, it is crucial to properly filter water into the water.
