人类淋巴细胞存在许多亚型,它们具有不同的表面标志和不同的免疫机能。各型淋巴细胞之间协调才能产生完善的免疫反应。人类许多疾病的产生不单涉及某类型的缺乏,更重要的是不同机能亚型之间的失调。近几年免疫研究进展之一就在于致力研究各型细胞机能紊乱所引起的各种疾病,这对探索发病原理是带有方向性的研究,值得国内医学工作者重视。目前已证实各型淋巴细胞表面标志的特性与其机能有关联。通过淋巴细胞表面标志的鉴定可以识别和计数不同亚型的机能状态,这为研究免疫机能正常与否提供不可缺少的实验
There are many subtypes of human lymphocytes, which have different surface markers and different immune functions. Coordination between various types of lymphocytes can produce a perfect immune response. Many diseases in humans are not only related to the lack of a certain type, more importantly, the imbalance between different functional subtypes. In recent years, one of the advances in immunological research is devoted to studying various diseases caused by various types of cellular dysfunction. This is a directional study to explore the pathogenesis and is worthy of attention by domestic medical workers. It has been confirmed that the characteristics of various types of lymphocyte surface markers are related to their function. Through the identification of lymphocyte surface markers can identify and count the functional status of different subtypes, which provides an indispensable experiment to study whether the immune function is normal or not
