目的:探讨肿瘤三维适形放疗过程中的质量保证和质量控制。方法:32例患者利用定位框架和真空垫制模固定病人,进行CT模拟定位、放疗计划设计、实施三维适形放疗。在放疗各个阶段进行完整的质量保证和质量控制。结果:近期疗效总有效率达93.7%(30/32)放射性副反应明显减轻。结论:放疗中采取有效措施进行质量保证和质量控制,可提高肿瘤放射治疗效果,减少放疗副作用的发生。
Objective: To investigate the quality assurance and quality control during tumor three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy. Methods: Thirty-two patients were fixed with a positioning frame and a vacuum pad to perform CT simulation and radiotherapy planning and three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy. Complete quality assurance and quality control at all stages of radiotherapy. Results: The total effective rate in the short term was 93.7% (30/32). The radioactive side effects were significantly reduced. Conclusion: Taking effective measures during radiotherapy for quality assurance and quality control can improve the radiotherapy effect of tumors and reduce the incidence of radiotherapy side effects.
