板栗为高水分种子,容易霉烂变质。在长期的生产实践中,我国劳动人民创造了许多贮藏板栗的方法和经验。目前的贮藏方法有:沟贮、罐贮干藏、常温库藏、沙藏、窑洞藏等。其中以窑洞贮藏效果较好。窑洞内的贮存,有筐装、塑料袋装、打孔塑料袋装等。其中以筐装效果较好,方法简单,经济实用。我所1980年在石窑洞贮藏板栗4000斤,贮藏期160天后测定腐败率仅为3.3%,失重为5%,没有发芽现象,保持了鲜栗的色泽、味香、质脆等特点。1981年贮藏6000斤,贮藏期3个月后测定腐败率仅为1.75%,虫害率为4.5%,失重为2.18%。
Chestnut is a high moisture seed, easy rotten rotten. In the long-term production practice, the working people in our country have created many methods and experiences of storing chestnuts.
