自改革开放以来,我国的社会经济快速发展,建筑安装行业也快速发展,但是其市场竞争激烈,使得企业所处的环境越来越复杂。而财务部门在建筑安装公司中有着非常重要的作用,其关系着公司的经济效益,如何有效的对公司的财务部门进行管理,是一个急需解决的问题。在公司的财务部门,财务会计岗位和管理会计岗位是两个必不可少的岗位,将这两者进行有效的结合,能够减少提高财务部门的工作效率,降低企业的运行成本,本文首先对企业的财务会计和管理会计进行了概述,然后分析了将两者结合的前提条件,接着对企业的两者结合的优势进行了分析,最后提出了财务会计和管理会计结合的措施。
