目的 研究分析消化性溃疡的有效内科治疗方法,为临床治疗提供依据.方法 整理收集100例消化性溃疡患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组50例给予盐酸雷尼替丁药物治疗,实验组50例给予埃索美拉唑镁治疗,分析并比较两组患者的临床疗效.结果 在经过一段时间的药物治疗后,实验组患者的总有效率为94.0％,明显高于对照组(72.0％),两组数据差异显著,具备统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 在对消化性溃疡患者进行内科治疗过程中采用口服埃索美拉唑镁钠肠溶片,能及时有效控制患者的临床症状,加大治愈的概率,具有显著的治疗效果,值得临床推广和应用.
