Natto is a traditional Japanese fermented food made from steamed soybeans fermented at a certain temperature and humidity by Bacillus natto. In recent years, studies have shown that natto has thrombolytic, anti-tumor, antihypertensive, antioxidant, antibacterial anti-inflammatory and other health care functions [6].
