目的:探索酢浆草显微鉴别的专属性,为其进一步研究提供鉴别依据。方法:以红花酢浆草为对照,用常规的显微技术观察不同产地、不同海拔的酢浆草的组织构造和显微特征。结果:不同产地、不同海拔的鲜品酢浆草的横切面显微特征很相似,但与鲜品红花酢浆草的横切面显微特征差异较为明显;不同产地、不同海拔的酢浆草粉末显微特征无明显差异,与红花酢浆草的差异也不明显。结论:鲜品酢浆草的横切面显微鉴别特征专属性较强,可以作为鲜品酢浆草的显微鉴别依据,但将酢浆草粉末显微特征作为鉴别依据值得商榷。
Objective: To explore the specificity of microscopic identification of Oxalis sp., And to provide basis for its further study. Methods: The Sorrelia asiatica was used as the control. The microstructure and microscopic characteristics of Sorrelia asiatica from different habitats and altitudes were observed by conventional microscopy. Results: The cross-sectional microscopic features of fresh sorrel were similar in different producing areas and altitudes, but the differences of the cross-sectional microscopic features with fresh sorrel were obvious. There was no significant difference in the microscopic characteristics of the powder, and there was no obvious difference with the Sorrelia dahurica. CONCLUSION: The fresh-cut oxalis cross-section microdissect identification is more specific and can be used as the basis for the microscopic identification of fresh sorghum. However, the microscopic characteristics of the oxalis powder as a basis for identification are debatable.
