4Cr14Ni14W2Mo钢是一种奥氏体不锈铜,该种钢制件的质量主要依其晶粒大小而定。但是直到目前,该种铜的再结晶图还未制定出来。本文根据所得到的资料和我们的试验,讨论了加热温度和压缩变形对于4Cr14Ni14W2Mo 不锈钢晶粒度的影响,并由此得出了形成粗大晶粒的原因,同时,根据我们的试验数据,绘制出了4Cr14Ni14W2Mo 不锈钢的再结晶图。本文末尾的结论,对于从事锻件生产的厂家具有实用的意义,文中关于通过试验获得再结晶图的方法,对于冶金工程师的研究工作也具有参考价值。
4Cr14Ni14W2Mo steel is an austenitic stainless steel, the quality of the steel parts mainly depends on the size of the grain. However, until now, the recrystallization pattern of this copper has not yet been developed. Based on the obtained data and our experiments, the influence of heating temperature and compressive deformation on the grain size of 4Cr14Ni14W2Mo stainless steel was discussed, and the reason for the formation of coarse grains was obtained. At the same time, according to our experimental data, 4Cr14Ni14W2Mo stainless steel recrystallization map. The conclusion at the end of this article is of practical significance to the manufacturers engaged in forging production. The method of obtaining the recrystallized graph through experiments also has reference value to the metallurgical engineer’s research work.
