探讨葡萄籽超微粉对高血脂诱发的动脉粥样硬化(AS)的预防作用及其机制。选用100只金黄地鼠,随机分成对照组、高血脂组、葡萄籽低剂量组、葡萄籽中剂量组和葡萄籽高剂量组。在试验的4w时间内,除对照组饲喂基础饲料外,其余各组均饲喂高脂饲料。第8w末,取金黄地鼠血浆进行NO、ET-1和C反应蛋白含量测定。结果表明,葡萄籽超微粉可提高高血脂金黄地鼠血浆NO水平、降低血浆ET-1的含量,降低C-反应蛋白含量。葡萄籽超微粉可改善血管内皮功能,对动脉粥样硬化的发生有一定的预防作用。
To investigate the preventive effect of grape seed ultrafine powder on hyperlipemia-induced atherosclerosis (AS) and its mechanism. 100 golden hamsters were selected and randomly divided into control group, hyperlipidemia group, low-dose grape seed group, medium-dose grape seed group and high-dose grape seed group. In the experimental 4W time, except the control group fed the basic diet, the other groups were fed high-fat diet. At the end of the 8th week, the contents of NO, ET-1 and C-reactive protein in the plasma of golden hamster were determined. The results showed that grape seed ultrafine powder can increase plasma NO level, decrease ET-1 and decrease C-reactive protein in hyperlipemia golden hamster. Grape seed ultrafine powder can improve vascular endothelial function, the occurrence of atherosclerosis have a certain role in the prevention.
