纪念邮资明信片5月10日,由住房和城乡建设部、国家旅游局、国家海洋局、中国国际贸易促进委员会、辽宁省人民政府和中国风景园林学会共同主办,锦州市人民政府承办的2013中国·锦州世界园林博览会,在锦州龙栖湾新区北极岛揭幕。2010年5月,国际风景园林师联合会(IFLA)在苏州举行第47届年会,会议讨论并通过了锦州作为2013世界园林博览会的主办方之一;同年10月6日,国际园艺生产者协会(AIPH)韩国顺天年会,也以表决的方式同意支持锦州举办2013世界园林博览
Commemorative postcards on May 10, 2013 by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the National Tourism Administration, the State Oceanic Administration, China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, Liaoning Provincial People’s Government and the Chinese Landscape Architecture Society co-sponsored by Jinzhou Municipal People’s Government hosted 2013 China Jinzhou World Garden Expo, opened in Long Island, Jinzhou Island Arctic Island. In May 2010, the International Federation of Landscape Architects (IFLA) held its 47th annual meeting in Suzhou, which discussed and approved Jinzhou as one of the organizers of the 2013 World Landscape Expo. On October 6 of the same year, the International Horticultural Producers Association (AIPH) South Korea Sun Moon Annual Meeting, also by way of a vote agreed to support Jinzhou 2013 World Expo
