国际市场竞争的实质是人才的竞争。随着中国国际化进程的快速发展,市场对既能洞察国际市场形势和了解市场规律,又能按国际市场惯例和WTO游戏规则办事的德才兼备的国际商务人才的需求越来越大。而我国现有的国际经贸人才培养体系远远不能满足市场的要求。本文从我校国际商务专业设置的具体实践出发对培养具有一定理工科背景的国际商务人才培养模式进行了探讨,以期达到抛砖引玉的作用。
The essence of international market competition is talent competition. With the rapid development of China’s internationalization process, the market has become increasingly demanding for international business talents who have the ability to both gain insights into the international market situation and understand the laws of the market, but also to behave according to international market practices and WTO rules. However, the current international economic and trade talent training system in China is far from meeting the requirements of the market. This article starts from the specific practice of setting up international business majors in our school and discusses the cultivation of the international business talents training model with a certain degree of science and engineering background, in order to achieve the role of attracting attention.
