公路施工属于一次性工程项目,具有施工规模大,变动因素多,单位流动性强,行业竞争激烈等特点。这就要求我们以项目管理为起点,以承包为纽带,以效益为根本,以质量为目标,搞好管理。本文以下详细介绍笔者摸索出的管理经验及其控制措施。
Highway construction is a one-time project, with large-scale construction, changes in many factors, unit liquidity, industry competition and other characteristics.
