通过实验研究了加入特殊硅、膨胀石墨对Al2O3-C质耐火材料中SiC晶须形成的影响.测定了其常温耐压和高温抗折强度.结果表明,加入特殊硅及膨胀石墨可使SiC晶须发育得更好,并且通过正交设计计算出了添加剂的最佳用量为:1.5%特殊硅和0.5%膨胀石墨
The effects of adding special silicon and expanded graphite on the formation of SiC whiskers in Al2O3-C refractories were studied experimentally. Measured at room temperature pressure and high temperature bending strength. The results show that SiC whiskers can be developed better by adding special silicon and expanded graphite, and the optimum dosage of additive is calculated by orthogonal design as follows: 1.5% special silicon and 0.5% expanded graphite
