市政工程质量的优劣,不但关系到工程的适用性,而且还关系到人民生命财产的安全及社会安定。施工质量低劣,会造成工程质量事故或潜伏隐患,其后果是不堪设想的。因此,在工程建设过程中,加强质量管理,把质量管理放在头等重要的位置是刻不容缓的当务之急。针对市政工程特点,从项目的设计、实施等多个阶段重视和实施分析质量控制的方法,对提高市政整体管理水平,具有一定的现实意义与指导性。
