企业要得到顺利发展,要在同个行业中占着重要地位,必然要加强人工成本管理,只有加强人工成本管理,才能使企业在强大的市场竞争面前处于不败之地。对于国有企业来说,由于一直以来受到计划经济的制约,因此,更加注重进行工资总额的管理,而对人工成本管理却重视不够。通过对国有企业中人工成本管理存在的问题进行阐述,探讨相应的解决对策。
To get a smooth development of an enterprise, it is necessary to occupy an important position in the same industry. It is bound to strengthen labor cost management. Only by strengthening labor cost management can enterprises be invincible in the face of strong market competition. For the state-owned enterprises, due to the fact that they have been constrained by the planned economy all the time, more attention has been paid to the management of the total wage bill, while insufficient attention has been paid to the management of the labor cost. Through expatiating on the existing problems of labor cost management in state-owned enterprises, the corresponding solutions are discussed.
