2014年,习近平总书记提出并多次论述我国经济发展进入新常态.这一论述高瞻远瞩、寓意深刻,是对我国经济发展所处的阶段性新特征作出的科学论断.面对经济发展的新常态,中央及地方都要求突出创新创业,着力向创新驱动要发展,靠创新创业来培育和形成新的增长点.作为国家级高新产业技术开发区,在当前新形势下,株洲高新区更应以责无旁贷的态度,主动把握新常态,力争新作为,实现新突破,在株洲市乃至湖南省创新创业发展中发挥引领与示范作用.
