通过对１００例脑血栓患者随机分组对比治疗，观察组５０例采用复方 脑栓１号治疗２个疗程，对照组５０例采用维脑路通治疗２个疗程，观察治疗前后 甲襞微循环和血液流变性的变化及疗效。结果表明：复方脑栓１号，有显著改善甲 襞微循环和血液流变性的作用，治疗总有效率９６％，治愈率５２％，均优于维脑路通 （Ｐ＜０．０５）。
