论述了市场资源具有的稀缺性,要求对矿产资源进行优化配置,以最大限度地发挥资源的效能。矿产资源作为市场经济发展中一个主要的资源要素,其稀缺性是非常明显的,因此必须按照市场经济的规律进行资源优化配置。分析了当前矿业权市场中存在的一些问题,并对解决这些问题进行了探索,有一定的借鉴意义。
