针对单相低压交流电源供电的家用柜机变频空调的谐波电流抑制问题,为了满足IEC61000—3—2:2000和IEC61000—3—12:2005谐波电流限度标准,采用了基于传统乘法器的有源PFC原理设计,并且实现了输入功率高达6kW、输入电流高达27.5A的模拟有源PFC电路和数字有源PFC电路。在简要描述基本原理和硬件电路的基础上给出了实验波形和计算数据,结果表明所设计的大功率PFC电路产生的谐波电流发射均能很好地满足两种谐波电流限度标准,均适合作为大功率有源PFC的可选方案。
In order to meet the requirements of harmonic current limit of IEC61000-3-2: 2000 and IEC61000-3-12: 2005 for single phase low voltage AC power supply, Active PFC principle design, and the realization of the input power up to 6kW, input current up to 27.5A analog active PFC circuit and digital active PFC circuit. The experimental waveforms and calculation data are given on the basis of a brief description of the basic principle and the hardware circuit. The results show that the harmonic current emission generated by the designed high-power PFC circuit can well satisfy both of the two harmonic current limit standards Suitable as an option for high-power active PFCs.
