企业思想政治工作有利于员工的健康成长,也有助于提升企业的市场竞争力,因此,理应受到企业的高度重视。当前企业思想政治工作还存在着诸多的问题,比如,未充分认识思想政治工作的重要性、思想政治工作内容陈旧和方法单一、思想政治工作的孤立化等。这些问题影响了思想政治工作效能的发挥,为此,要从行动上高度重视思想政治工作,更新思想政治工作内容,丰富思想政治工作方法,促进思想政治工作与其他工作的协同开展。
Enterprise ideological and political work is conducive to the healthy growth of employees, but also help to enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises, therefore, deserved by the enterprises attach great importance. At present, there are still many problems in the ideological and political work of the enterprises.
