自本世纪六十年代数字计算机心电图自动分析系统问世以来,心电图数据压缩技巧一直受到重视,不断有研究成果发表。这些技巧的目的大体可分为两类,即(1)为心电图的实时分析或监测;(2)为储存大量心电资料或传送(借助电话线路)心电数据。不管那类技巧,设计者都提出必须达到保留诊断信息的要求,但由于目的与实际工作环境的不同,要实现这些要求的途径也就有很大差异。第一类多采用比较直观推断与探索性的方法,而第二类则多采用经过论证的数学原理及方法。 现分别对两者简评于下。
Since the advent of the digital computerized electrocardiogram automatic analysis system in the 1960s, ECG data compression techniques have been valued and published continuously. The purpose of these techniques can be broadly divided into two categories, namely (1) real-time analysis or monitoring of the ECG; (2) storage of large amounts of ECG data or transmission of ECG data (over telephone lines). Regardless of the kind of skill, designers have proposed that the diagnostic information must be retained, but the way to achieve these requirements varies greatly depending on the purpose and the actual working environment. The first category uses more intuitive inference and exploratory methods, while the second category uses more proven mathematical principles and methods. Now both briefly comment on the next.
