目前,在首都农村卫生室执业的乡村医生面正临着人员老化、学历偏低、医技不高等较为突出的现实问题,一个非常重要的原因在于法律对乡村医生执业准入的门槛偏高,在待遇水平不足和发展空间有限等不利因素的综合影响下,该问题变得更为困难和复杂,直接影响到村卫生室医疗卫生服务的提供质量,影响到国家人人享有基本医疗卫生服务的目标实现。综观而论,要从根本上解决这一问题,就需要在政府的主导作用下,对乡村医生的选拔、待遇和级别等方面进行必要的修正和改革。
