运用循环伏安法、差分脉冲伏安法等测试技术研究了溴氰菊酯在石墨烯修饰电极上的电化学行为,建立了一种间接测定溴氰菊酯的电化学分析方法。结果表明,与玻碳电极相比,石墨烯修饰电极能显著提高溴氰菊酯水解产物的还原峰电流。在优化的实验条件下,溴氰菊酯水解产物的还原峰电流与在1.0×10~(-6)~1.0×10~(-4)mol/L范围内的溴氰菊酯浓度呈较好的线性关系,最低检出限为5.7×10~(-7)mol/L。该石墨烯修饰玻碳电极具有较好的重现性,用于测定陈皮中的溴氰菊酯,效果良好。
The electrochemical behavior of deltamethrin on graphene modified electrode was studied by cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry. An indirect electrochemical method for the determination of deltamethrin was established. The results show that compared with glassy carbon electrode, graphene modified electrode can significantly increase the reduction peak current of deltamethrin hydrolyzate. Under the optimal experimental conditions, the reduction peak current of deltamethrin hydrolyzate was better than that of deltamethrin in the range of 1.0 × 10 -6 -6.0 × 10 -4 mol / L The minimum detection limit was 5.7 × 10 ~ (-7) mol / L. The graphene modified glassy carbon electrode has better reproducibility and is used for measuring deltamethrin in dried tangerine peel, and the effect is good.
