以透射电镜、动态力学谱等对合成的有机硅氧烷-丙烯酸酯共聚复合胶乳的微相结构进行了研究。发现其微相分离的产生是必然的,但也可以由改变加料方式造成的“过渡层抑制效应”和“分子抑制效应”而加以控制。其胶乳不同的形貌是转相过程中热力学因素和动力学因素协同作用的结果。
The micro-phase structure of the synthesized organosiloxane-acrylate copolymer latexes was investigated by transmission electron microscopy and dynamic mechanical spectroscopy. It is found that the formation of micro-phase separation is inevitable, but it can also be controlled by changing the “transitional layer inhibitory effect” and “molecular inhibitory effect” caused by the feeding mode. The different morphologies of the latex are the result of the synergistic effect of the thermodynamic and kinetic factors during the phase inversion process.
