射孔完井是目前国内较为普遍采取的完井方法,通过射孔作业,射穿井下封闭油气产层的套管、水泥环并深入油气层,形成沟通井筒与油气产层的流体通道。从穿透深度上,追求大孔径,深穿透,提高单井产能。而利用一趟射孔管柱完成多功能作业则是射孔方法的发展方向,全通径射孔技术即是通过利用传输射孔中的特殊技术,(主要包括:易碎起爆器、易碎弹架、易脱落枪尾的研究)实现在射孔完成以后,将起爆器心、弹架、枪尾丢入人工井底或口袋枪的目的。使整个管串形成一个全通径,以便利用射孔管柱实现电缆测试、生产测井、压裂酸化等生产任务。达到一趟管柱多功能作业的目的。现就全通径射孔技术加以浅述,以和同行探讨。
