近现代以来,我国各行各业的人事档案在管理方面发生极大的改变。本文以水利人事档案管理为借鉴,综合人事管理中心的经验和对相关人事档案管理的资料的研究,深入探讨人事档案管理现存的问题和不足,并针对性的提出一些建议和对策,以确保人事档案管理能够与时俱进,更好为社会的和谐发展服务。
Since modern times, the personnel files of all walks of life in our country have undergone tremendous changes in management. Based on the experience of personnel management center and the research on the relevant personnel files management, this paper explores the existing problems and deficiencies of personnel files management and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures targeted to ensure that personnel File management can keep pace with the times and serve the harmonious development of society better.
