用功率为2.5kW的CO2激光器对T12 钢表面进行激光硼合金化处理。通过 各种方法对合金化层的成分、组织与性能的变化规律进行了测试分析.试验结果表 明:激光硼合金工艺参数可以用P/dv综合表示;合金化层的深度及硬度随工艺参数 的改变而变化:合金化层是由Fe2B,Fe3(CB),FeB,α-Fe多相组成,工艺参数 不同,各相的存在方式、相对含量及组织细化程度不同,最高硬度可达 Hv1740。
The laser boron alloying treatment was performed on the surface of T12 steel with a CO2 laser of 2.5kW power. Through a variety of methods on the alloy layer composition, microstructure and properties of the changes in the test analysis. The experimental results show that the processing parameters of laser boron alloy can be comprehensively expressed as P / dv. The depth and hardness of alloying layer vary with the process parameters. The alloying layer is composed of Fe2B, Fe3 (CB), FeB, Phase composition, different process parameters, the presence of each phase, the relative content and degree of refinement of different organizations, the highest hardness up to Hv1740.
