《生产运作与管理》是一门理论性和实践性均较强的课程。其教学目标对任课教师提出了更高要求,同时对教学资源依赖性也较强。但高职院校普遍存在投入不足导致的教学资源无法有效满足教学实际需要、以及师资实践性不足等问题。如何解决以上这三个问题是值得我们思考的。
Production Operation and Management is a theoretical and practical curriculum. Its teaching objectives put forward higher requirements for the teachers in the classroom and at the same time the dependence on teaching resources is also strong. However, the ubiquitous teaching resources in higher vocational colleges due to insufficient investment can not effectively meet the actual needs of teaching, and teachers’ practical problems are not enough. How to solve these three problems is worth our consideration.
