胰泌素对人的药理效应可分为刺激和抑制两个方面。在刺激方面,它刺激胰腺外分泌中水和重碳酸盐的排出和胰腺内分泌中胰岛素的释放,刺激胰腺血流量增加和胰细胞内cAMP量增加等等,在抑制方面,胰泌素可抑制胃泌素对下食道括约肌的刺激作用,抑制胃酸分泌、胃泌素释放和胃运动,十二指肠运动及肾对重碳酸盐的吸收等等,胰泌素已广泛用于胰外分泌功能试验,诊断胰腺疾病,现正试用胰泌素治疗十二指肠溃疡。我们还在动物实验中把胰泌素与胆道排石汤相结合使用,以增加利胆作用,企图得到有效地冲洗胆道、排出细小胆道结石的作用。由于这一胃肠激素越来越多地引用于临床和实验研究,为此,我们参照有关文献,结合我国具体条件,从资源丰富、价格便宜的猪小肠中研制胰泌素制成注射用粉并进行了分析、鉴定和药理试验。
