目的 观察黄精多糖 (PSP)对哮喘患儿红细胞免疫功能的影响及其意义。方法 采用花环试验法对哮喘患儿 (包括PSP组和生理盐水组 )及健康儿童进行红细胞C3b受体花环率及免疫复合物 (IC)花环率检测。结果 ①哮喘组红细胞C3b受体花环率明显低于正常对照组 (t =6 .32 ,P <0 .0 1) ,IC花环率明显高于正常对照组 (t =5 .89,P <0 .0 1) ;②体外试验PSP组哮喘患儿红细胞C3b受体花环率较生理盐水组明显升高 (t =6 .33,P <0 .0 1) ,而IC花环率两组差异无显著性 (t =1.38,P >0 .0 5 ) ;③PSP在一定浓度范围内均可显著增加哮喘患儿红细胞C3b受体花环率且呈剂量依赖关系。结论 哮喘患儿红细胞免疫功能明显低下 ,PSP可增强哮喘患儿的红细胞免疫功能 ,这是其预防哮喘复发的机制之一
Objective To observe the effect of Polygonatum Polysaccharide (PSP) on erythrocyte immune function in asthmatic children and its significance. Methods Rosette C3b receptor rosette rate and immune complex (IC) rosette rate were detected in children with asthma (including PSP group and NS group) and healthy children by rosette test. Results ① The rosette rate of erythrocyte C3b receptor in asthma group was significantly lower than that in the control group (t = 6.32, P <0.01), and the IC rosette rate was significantly higher in the asthma group than in the control group (t = 5.89, P <0 .0 1). ② In vitro, the rosette rate of erythrocyte C3b receptor in children with asthma in PSP group was significantly higher than that in saline group (t = 6.33, P <0.01), while there was no significant difference in IC rosette rate between the two groups (T = 1.38, P> 0.05). ③PSP could significantly increase the rate of C3b receptor rosette of erythrocytes in a dose-dependent manner in a certain concentration range. Conclusion The immune function of erythrocytes in children with asthma is obviously low. PSP can enhance the immune function of erythrocytes in children with asthma, which is one of the mechanisms to prevent the recurrence of asthma
